Alexandre's work is a storytelling blend of underground mystery with a contemporary photographic style. His experience as an editor along with his early career as a photographer boosted a passion for visual storytelling, which is reflected in his work.
As an advertising director, he has had the pleasure of working with many clients which include the Bank of Brazil, Unicef, Resolution Films and the Supreme Committee for Qatar 2022.
Alexandre has also supplied content for various news and current affairs organizations which include Ruptly, Global Media Desk and Russia Today.
Recently, Alexandre was in the production of the well-known reality TV show "Come Dine With Me", for the Farsi-Canadian version 2020. One of the most-watched international tv shows in Iran.
He was the director of photography for a television series called "Contemporary Art", made for the Brazilian channel “Arte1”, with an audience around 10 million people.
Alexandre also recently directed and produced the experimental short film "The Movement", that was pre-selected for the Toronto International Independent Film Festival 2018. The film was shot in both Canada and Brazil, involving French-Canadian, Brazilian and American artists.
Over the course of 12 years, Alexandre's work has become recognized both nationally and internationally. He won the Best Video Prize - Action AID in 2008 in South Africa, and was invited to attend the Raindance Film Festival in London, 2012, for directing the short film "Faithful".
